Delivery within 9 to 15 business days
From the day you place it, not from the day it ships. That figure already includes the time it takes us to prepare and dispatch your order, which is why it is the only number on this page. We would rather tell you the honest one than a pretty one.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner. You receive a confirmation email at checkout, and a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Tracking
Every order travels in international transit, tracked the whole way. Tracking can pause for a day or two mid route. That is normal, and it catches up.
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the day you ordered, email us at support@reserviahealth.com and we will make it right.
Address changes
We can update your shipping address within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as you can, with your order number.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we send a replacement or refund you. Your choice. A photo of the damage helps us fix it faster.
Your guarantee starts on delivery. The 90-day money-back guarantee runs from the day your order is delivered, never from the day you order it. Shipping time does not eat into it.
