Refund Policy: The 90-Day Guarantee

The promise. Hair works in ~90-day cycles, so our guarantee runs the full cycle: if you're not satisfied within 90 days of delivery, we refund you. Simple as that.

How it works. Email support@reserviahealth.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. We issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You keep the bottle. No return label, no shipping anything back, no interrogation.

Fair-use limit. The guarantee covers one refund per customer/household, on up to one Full Hair-Cycle Kit (3 bottles) or three subscription cycles, whichever applies to your order.

Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing us. No phone calls, no hoops. Cancellations apply to your next billing cycle; the 90-day guarantee applies to bottles already delivered.

Wrong or damaged item. We'll replace it or refund it immediately. Just send a photo with your order number.
